  1. What we guarantee as standard

    Every Flintstrike programme is delivered as a complete application, reviewed by a specialist tutor, and submitted before the deadline that applies to it. If we fail to deliver a scoped part of the programme, we make it good, or we refund the part affected.

  2. The refund commitment, where it applies

    On the Personal Statement programme, and where the conditions below are met, the full programme fee is refunded if the student does not receive a G5 offer in the 2027-entry UCAS cycle. "G5" means the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, Imperial College London, LSE and UCL. An "offer" means a conditional or unconditional offer made via UCAS.

  3. Eligibility

    The refund commitment applies where all of the following are true at enrolment. The student's school predicts 41+ IB or the A*A*A equivalent, evidenced by school documentation. The course list has been agreed with Flintstrike in writing. The student enrols with enough time left before the relevant UCAS deadline for the full programme to be delivered, which we confirm in writing when we take the case. The programme is completed and the application submitted on time.

    Whether a student qualifies for the refund commitment is confirmed at the consultation, before any programme is agreed. Families are told either way.

  4. Scope

    The refund commitment covers undergraduate, non-medicine applications on the Personal Statement programme. Applications to Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary courses are excluded from the refund commitment. Courses whose admission depends on a separate admissions test (for example ESAT, TMUA, TARA or LNAT) are outside its scope. Biomedical Sciences and adjacent non-medicine, non-test-gated courses are covered.

  5. Family obligations

    The family agrees to participate in the programme as scheduled, to submit the UCAS application by the deadline, and to provide predicted-grade documentation.

  6. Refund mechanics

    The claim window opens after the final G5 decision of the cycle and closes 30 days later. Claims are made in writing to the address in clause 8. A valid claim is paid in full within 30 days of the claim. The HK$2,500 G5 Strategy Consultation fee is credited against any package. Once credited, it forms part of the programme fee.

  7. What the guarantee is

    The guarantee is a refund commitment, not a promise of admission. Universities alone decide admissions.
